  • Location: Onsite (office currently in East County San Diego, moving to downtown San Diego within the next few months)
  • Ideal Candidate: Extensive experience in Amazon services, proven leadership experience
  • Pay: $150-225k

Key Responsibilities:

Department Oversight:

  • Manage and provide strategic direction for Brand Management, Content, and Advertising departments.
  • Ensure alignment across departments to deliver cohesive and impactful client solutions.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor department leads, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Client Success:

  • Collaborate with teams to solve client issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as an escalation point for client concerns, providing solutions that align with company goals.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Identify and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of services.
  • Monitor department KPIs and ensure consistent performance improvements.

Training and Development:

  • Oversee training initiatives to upskill team members and maintain expertise in Amazon-related services.
  • Develop and implement processes for onboarding and professional development.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings.
  • Stay updated on Amazon trends and best practices, ensuring strategies remain cutting-edge.

People Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with team members, fostering a supportive and respectful work environment.
  • Handle performance management, feedback, and career development for department leads.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Amazon services, particularly in Brand Management, Content, and Advertising roles.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing multiple departments or large teams.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, tools, and strategies.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and people management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
